I read that the easiest way to relax, unwind and feel better is deep breathing. Apparently you can fool the body by doing what you want to achieve backwards. You can smile when you feel sad and your body will make you a little happier and you can breathe as if you were knocked out and you will be relaxed. In the same article, the same brain researcher told that the same breathing is also the best way to become smarter.
So this summer I will bring out the hammock, a good ice coffee and just breathe. 100 breaths every day, from the toes so the lungs fill up to the brim. Pooh!
