Integration between MaintMaster and other systems always takes place via a so-called integration hub. Thanks to the hub, the systems remain completely independent of each other and can be updated or replaced without affecting integration.
During an integration, we run a software client – an adapter – which behaves just like any normal user when logged in. It sends and receives data between MaintMaster and the integration hub. The adapter is based on standard interfaces that allow the transfer of any kind of data, but it’s configured to support the specific process being integrated.
