Meet Liam – Our Newest Support Team Member

Say hello to Liam, the newest member of the Maintmaster Support team!

Liam has joined us for the summer to help answer your user-related questions about Maintmaster products. He's eager to learn, available around the clock, and already knows quite a lot about Maintmaster.

What can Liam help with?
Liam has already studied our entire Knowledge Base and uses it to answer your questions. After each answer, he'll show his sources by linking to the relevant articles, where you'll find detailed instructions, screenshots, and step-by-step guides.

What language does Liam speak?
Liam will respond in the same language you use when communicating with him. 

Liam's special talent
Unlike most new employees, Liam can search through all of our Knowledge Base articles in seconds and provide a summarized answer to help you find what you need faster.

What if Liam doesn't know the answer?
Like any new team member, Liam is still learning.
If he can't answer your question, he'll ask for your email address.

You'll find Liam across our Support pages and throughout the Knowledge Base, always ready to help whenever you need assistance. In fact, he's even available on this page right now, so feel free to ask him a question and see what he can do.
Liam can communicate in virtually any language and will automatically respond in the same language you use.

 How can I get to know Liam?
If you'd like to get to know Liam, you can sign up for our free digital course, Step 1: CMMS 8 or OEE. To learn even more, you can continue with Steps 2–6, which provide a deeper introduction and additional training.
