8.21 is a limited release that solely focuses on new user seat permissions. It migrates users and access groups to a new seat model.
Three new seat types replace the old seat types:

Requester, replaces Basic
-
Operator, replaces Essential, Operator and TPM
-
Professional, replaces Standard and Advanced
8.21 is only available to customers with contracts according to the new pricing and seat model that came into effect on Jan 1, 2025. Contact us at sales@maintmaster.com if you want to update your pricing and seat model.
