Neil Hodges

I’m a project manager and business professional with a foundation in leadership and discipline gained through my engineering apprenticeship with the Royal Navy. This early experience taught me how to adapt, solve problems under pressure and work as part of a team. I thrive when mentoring others and finding solutions that make a real difference. When I’m not working, I love to spend with my wife and our dog and on a clear night, you’ll likely find me outside in the garden with my telescope, braving the cold while exploring the stars.

Achievements I am proud of

I’m most proud of helping others succeed. Guiding someone to use our system by adapting to their learning style and seeing their confidence grow is incredibly rewarding. Outside work, I’m a passionate Formula 1 fan, especially of McLaren, and I’ve attended several Grand Prix events. Still, my greatest achievement - at least according to my dog - is being his favourite human!

But, mentoring junior project managers and seeing them thrive - that’s the kind of achievement I value most.

 

 

Aaron Kelly

I’m Aaron Kelly, a Technical Director with over 16 years of experience designing and implementing customised OEE software solutions. Much like refining my swing as a single handicap golfer, I excel at precision and strategy - skills that guide me in integrating shop floor automation with business systems.
With expertise in PLC, OPC and MQTT technologies, I deliver seamless, efficient solutions tailored to diverse industries, ensuring accurate data collection, monitoring and reporting to meet unique client needs.

I’ve successfully developed advanced OEE software solutions that improved operational efficiency for clients, drawing on the focus, precision, and strategic thinking I’ve honed as a golfer. My contributions have helped position OEE software as a key driver of performance, and I’ve successfully grown large, global accounts—helping companies build OEE frameworks that deliver enterprise-level results.

I would describe myself as very structured and accurate. I like to understand the customer's real needs and find the solutions that simplify everyday life for the users. I also enjoy training users and making them understand how to benefit from the system.

Leisure time is spent on sports (watching) as I have two sons who are active in athletics and handball respectively. The exercise is limited to golf. Very music interested. Spotify is constantly running when I'm working. Enjoys going to concerts.

  • Several years of experience in engineering and maintenance departments.

Mikael Törnqvist

I see myself as a structured and solution-oriented project manager with solid experience in implementing maintenance systems. My strength lies in understanding the customer's needs, and the focus is on the people who will work in the system.

  • Completed over 100 maintenance system implementations, from China to Brazil.
  • I have helped industries to streamline their maintenance departments by creating efficient and customised solutions

Experience

With a background as a test coordinator at shipyards in Norway and work in operational safety technology at SKF in Sweden, I have over 20 years of experience in maintenance and production, with great technical and practical weight.

Achievements I am proud of

My work has helped clients save time and improve the user experience for their staff by simplifying and automating processes, for example through simplified mobile management with QR actions and tools for easy follow-up of work order history.

I would describe myself as a passionate project manager at MaintMaster Systems, a proud father and a dedicated field hockey player. With a strong background in maintenance and a love of technical solutions, I thrive on helping organisations manage change and improve their processes.

Experience

I started my career as an industrial mechatronics engineer in the automotive industry. I gained valuable experience as a maintenance manager and later took on roles as a foreman and site manager for driverless systems.

For over two years, I’ve been contributing my expertise at MaintMaster Systems, guiding customers through complex implementation projects and improving processes.

Achievements I am proud of

I'm proud to truly understand my customers' needs and develop solutions that make their day-to-day work easier. Working with my team to help companies optimise their processes is incredibly rewarding. Mikael Andersson

I would describe myself as a maintenance geek (especially a maintenance standards geek). I have been a project manager at MaintMaster since 2016, and before that, I had several years of experience as a maintenance manager. Besides my passion for maintenance, I enjoy skiing, preferably in the Alps. And, of course, spending time with family and friends is a high priority. I have a son who plays hockey, so I spend much time in an arena.

Experience

With 16 years as a maintenance manager at companies such as Cloetta and Valeo, I have also worked as a mechanic, electrician and automation technician. I have led reorganisations, for example, in Hofors, where he restructured a maintenance department with 200 people. My experiences span both small and large organisations.

Achievements I am proud of

At Cloetta, I reduced maintenance costs by 26% and reduced emergency maintenance from 60-70% to 18% in six years. Through strategically prioritised efforts and staff expertise, I improved the efficiency of machines and distributed the maintenance work evenly over time.

Niclas Helander

I am passionate about building trust and reliability for our customers. I have worked at MaintMaster since 2019. I help customers get started with their maintenance system - in long-lasting simple, smart and sustainable way. When I'm not out helping companies get their systems in order, you'll usually find me in a sporting arena. I'm coaching ice hockey and handball teams - which is all about structure, co-operation and getting people to succeed together - just like my job.

Areas of ​​expertise

I like to begin where it actually makes a difference - with the assets. When you have a clear and simple asset structure in place, everything else becomes much smoother. It's not about building something advanced, but creating a structure that is easy to understand and use in everyday life. This also makes it easier to plan, follow up and ensure that the system really supports the work, not the other way round.


Experience

With 16 years in the food industry, in both Production and Sales, I have learnt the importance of day-to-day operations. Your maintenance software has to simplify, not complicate things - something I learned through my years in the industry.

Achievements I am proud of

When the customer says: "This is great." I follow our standard - but try to adjust and simplify so that the customer feels happy. It's when we get it right together that I grow and feel proud.'


 

 

Pierre Thorsson

A generalist – and former handball professional – with broad experience in maintenance and project management. My strength lies in educating and engaging customers, which I have built up through many years of working in various roles in maintenance, such as electrician, planner and preparer. This background has given me a deep understanding of the field and a practical basis for creating customer value.

  • Master at transforming complex maintenance processes into clear, efficient systems.
  • Proven ability to guide customers through change with confidence and clarity.
  • Skilled in helping customers fully understand and leverage the true value of maintenance work.

Experience

With almost 20 years of maintenance experience, I see many similarities between my work and my time as a professional handball player. Just like in sports, it is about working preventively and solving problems to achieve long-term success.

Achievements I am proud of

Just like in handball, where I valued assisting teammates as much as scoring goals, I value creating success for others. An example is a project with a customer where a sceptical maintenance manager subsequently became positive and committed to the system.

Three Olympic silvers, 2 WC golds, and three European Championship golds in Handball are nothing to be ashamed of, either.

I'm passionate about technical processes and take pride in finding customised solutions to meet my customers' needs. Helping organisations optimise their maintenance strategies and achieve smoother operations motivates me every day and I value
being a trusted partner in their success.

  • Technical background in injection moulding and gear manufacturing provides deep customer insight.
  • Emphasises open communication for smooth software implementation.

Experience

I started my career as an industrial mechanic, later qualifying as a master metalworker and certified business administrator. I gained valuable experience leading maintenance teams, including managing 52 injection moulding machines and heading up mechanical maintenance for a gear manufacturer.

I've been a project manager at MaintMaster Systems since November 2023, helping companies to successfully implement and optimise their use of the software.


Achievements I am proud of

I am proud to help companies run their machines more efficiently, optimise maintenance and reduce costs. It's rewarding to see how our software simplifies daily tasks with features such as dashboards or checklists.
