LINKÖPING — May 15 , 2024 — MaintMaster, a leading provider of maintenance management solutions, today announced the acquisition of OEEsystems, a pioneer in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) software solutions.
The acquisition of OEEsystems brings together two industry leaders with complementary strengths, combining MaintMaster's expertise in maintenance management with OEEsystems' cutting-edge OEE solutions. This synergy will enable customers to optimise asset performance, enhance productivity, and drive operational efficiency across their organisations.
Combining MaintMaster's CMMS with OEEsystems' software will give maintenance and operation teams a common view of the performance of their work, as well as provide the departments with the tools to work closer together than before.
With seamless real-time data flowing between production and maintenance operations, customers will increase performance, reliability, and save costs.
"By broadening our offering, we are not only adding a state-of-the-art product but also a wealth of knowledge that our customers will benefit from. Now, we will have two products that can either be used stand-alone or have them seamlessly connected and benefit from the data from both operations as well as maintenance. We see this combination as a perfect match," says Isac Wiksten, CEO of MaintMaster.
With this acquisition, MaintMaster will strengthen its European footprint and expand its customer base in the strategically important UK and Ireland markets. MaintMaster and OEEsystems' existing customers will, from day one, have the possibility to add an integrated solution, allowing them to increase operational efficiency further with minimal effort.
Leif Bohlin, Chairman of the board of MaintMaster and Managing Director of Monterro, majority owner of MaintMaster, says: "With this acquisition, MaintMaster will continue strengthening its European growth journey and expanding its customer base in the strategically important UK and Ireland markets. MaintMaster and OEEsystems' existing customers will, from day one, have the possibility to add an integrated solution, allowing them to increase operational efficiency further with minimal effort.
MaintMaster and OEEsystems remain committed to providing their customers with best-in-class solutions and exceptional service.
"Joining MaintMaster was an easy decision. Both companies possess great knowledge in their specific areas and are dedicated to their customers. This will add a new dimension to what both our companies can offer the market, and we are looking forward to the journey ahead," says Arthur Stone, founder of OEEsystems.
