Work begins
Getting everyone aligned from day one
Your dedicated Project Manager leads a short kick-off call to:
- Confirm what’s in and out of scope
- Agree which line or work centre we’re starting with
- Clarify who does what on both sides
This avoids confusion later and keeps your team focused on production, not paperwork.
Scoping for success
Connect your data, your way
We work with you to set up data capture:
- Ship and configure Smart Box / DigiRail hardware, or
- Plan and support PLC integration with your team
At the same time, you provide a simple data sheet (products, downtime codes, rejects) so we can configure the platform quickly and correctly.
Laying the groundwork
See your machines come to life on screen
Once hardware is in place or PLCs are linked:
- We validate data flow and confirm accuracy
- Operators get a short hands-on session to handle jobs and downtime events
This is practical, shop-floor training designed to fit into your day without pulling people away from their main work.
Connecting the pieces
Build in-house know-how
We train 2–3 nominated super users through two focused sessions (2 hours each):
- How to administer and maintain the platform
- How to support their colleagues day-to-day
Sessions are recorded, so you always have something to refer back to.
Owning the platform
Confirm it’s working - together
We run through a validation check:
- Hardware and data accuracy signed off
- Operators and super users confident in everyday use
This gives both sides clarity and locks in what’s been achieved so far.
Confidence and training
Find quick wins and next steps
Our post-implementation specialist joins you for a value review:
- Look at early data and where it shows improvement potential
- Help you configure any custom reports or KPIs you need
- Identify further training if required
You leave with insights you can act on immediately, not just a working system.
Final checks & go-live
